Courses and attendance register
Set up recurring courses, take the roll call at every lesson and let students mark themselves present. Every attendance counts as one hour.

The app speaks Italian, English and Brazilian Portuguese and remembers your choice. The privacy notice is in all three too.
Belts, stripes and promotions by the IBJJF
The belt ladder, for adults and kids, and the promotion criteria follow the IBJJF rules and recommendations. The app flags who meets the requirements; the decision always stays with the instructor.
Multiple gyms, each on its own
Every gym has its own members, courses, schedule and time zone, kept apart from every other gym's.
QR check-in with geolocation
The gym displays its QR code and students scan it to mark themselves present. Check-in only works if they are actually at the gym.

Dashboard with chart and QR scanner
Your attendance trend in a chart, and a built-in QR scanner to check in from your phone.
Sign-up through an invite link
The gym shares a link and the student signs up on their own. A manager approves every request: nobody gets in without a green light.
Black belt degrees
The black belt shows its degrees on the red bar, like the real one.
Emails from customisable templates
The messages the app sends, like the welcome or a password change, come from templates you can rewrite, with a preview and a test send.
Check-in without scanning
A Check-in button, the first on the dashboard, opens the lessons available right now without using the camera. The same rules as the QR apply.
